Shooting Disciplines
Let's face it, guns are fun! But you can only plink so many tin cans before you begin wondering if there is anyone in the world who can possibly shoot as well as you. Well, at Guthsville Rod & Gun we have a way you can find out the answer to this burning question. Join one of our many competitive shooting activities and you'll soon find out how you stack up against other shooters.By participating in these friendly competitions, you will enjoy the company of good people from all walks of life and you'll have a chance to hone your shooting skills.
Generally, to shoot in a given discipline's competitions all you need to do is bring along the correct type of firearm to be used and a couple of dollars to cover the registration fee. Some of the disciplines require very specific equipment but most do not.
Keep in mind that no matter in which sport you choose to participate, safety is always the first priority and you must always bring along and use hearing and eye protection.
